Wanted to make something close to Kingsport for settlers league and you have to live with the consequences ;)
If you want to change the base, read on - else tldr the rest.
Has 16 decos left to place so ppl who do want to change the base from all at sea to another one like celestial nebula or infinite abyss can place some "water nr 5"-decos to make it look like sitting at the ocean again.
